A 40% margin on an item that sells twice a day earns less than a 6% margin on one that sells eight thousand times. ISKVOLT ranks by realised profit per day: per-unit margin after the 3.4% sales tax and 1.5% broker fee, multiplied by the volume the book can absorb.

▸The toolkit

The six tools.

▸How the ranking works

Every number comes from the same query.

No figure on any screen is hand-set. Margin, throughput, and profit all fall out of the raw buy, sell, and volume data through one fee formula.

  • Margin is computed after sales tax and broker fee on both legs.
  • Daily throughput is capped at 18% of traded volume, then capped again by depth at price.
  • Illiquid items are filtered out before ranking.
  • Each view shows the SQL it is running, with your current filters applied.

▸FAQ

Common questions.

Is this allowed under CCP's rules?
Yes. ISKVOLT reads public market data through CCP's official ESI API and never touches the game client. It tells you what to flip, and you place the orders in game by hand. That keeps it inside CCP's third-party developer policy.
Does it automate anything in game?
No. There is no input automation, no client hooking, and no memory reading. The watchlist flags an undercut, then you switch to the game and relist yourself.
Where do the prices come from?
Prices come from Fuzzwork aggregates: 5th-percentile best buy and sell, plus order counts. Volume comes from ESI market history as real average daily traded volume. Build costs come from the EVE Ref industry cost API. Scans cache for 5 minutes and history for 6 hours.
Do I have to log in?
Only for the watchlist. Everything else runs on public data with no account. The login is read-only ESI with 0 write scopes, so it cannot place, modify, or cancel an order.
Why rank by profit per day instead of margin?
Margin ignores whether anyone is buying. Profit per day multiplies the per-unit margin by the throughput the book can absorb, so the ranking reflects ISK you can actually clear.

ISKVOLT

An EVE Online ISK toolkit built on live public market data. Read-only, no automation, no subscription.

None of this is financial advice, in this universe or any other. Every figure is derived from public market data that can be stale, thin, or deliberately manipulated, and the rankings are estimates rather than promises. What you buy and sell is your decision and your risk.
